As a Support Specialist at CostPocket, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience with our services. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and will work closely with our team to resolve issues, provide guidance, and improve overall customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support via phone and email.
- Assist clients with using our expense management software.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and service quality.
- Contribute to customer success by offering insights and best practices.
Qualifications
- Native Estonian language.
- Good English - that's our work language inside the team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Basic knowledge of accounting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
