There are two scenarios when removing a client company account:
If your client wishes to continue using CostPocket independently:
At this point, the client fully manages the account, and future invoices will be sent directly to them.
If the client no longer wishes to use CostPocket, but would like to keep the option to resume using it in the future and retain access to all previously submitted documents:
If the clients wants to completely delete the account and all submitted documents from CostPocket system, then contact our team at [email protected].
