Activate CostPocket Company Cards

CostPocket Company Cards might take up to 2 days to be fully initiated. Let’s get started!

1. Initiate the feature in CostPocket

  1. Log in to your CostPocket account through Cloud or using the mobile app.
  2. Click “Get Started” in CostPocket Cloud dashboard > CostPocket Cards or in mobile app in Settings > CostPocket Cards.

Please note that only Legal Company Representatives can initiate this. If you are not a Legal Company Representative, notify your colleague who is to make this first step.

2. Complete verification through web browser

You will be taken to our partner Mynt to set up your Mynt account and to start the Know Your Customer (KYC) process which is required to start ordering cards and using the service.

Verification usually takes from a few hours to one business day. Learn more about KYC procedure.

3. Assign a Card Manager in CostPocket

Once your Know Your Customer (KYC) is approved, the Legal Representative can appoint a Card Manager to handle daily operations.

  • Go to CostPocket Settings > Users to assign this role.
  • What they can do: Card Managers (and Legal Representatives) can immediately order cards, set spending limits, and manage the team’s account.

4. Top up your Mynt account to start issuing cards

Add money to start purchasing with CostPocket Company Cards. There are two options for you to get started with: 

  • Add money via bank transfer to an account with DNB Bank in Finland. Go to Mynt > Account > Add Money and follow the payment instructions.
  • Use credit (available only in Finland): shop first pay later with 30 days credit. You can apply for credit, read more about this option.
