Before the full card service integration in CostPocket in the second half of 2026, responsibilities are shared between both CostPocket and Mynt platforms to create a smooth workflow.
What’s managed in CostPocket?
Before you can manage all in CostPocket, you will start with:
- Service activation: legal representative must initiate the process
- User administration: Adding new users and managing personal details
- Accounting: Submitting expenses for reconciliation and to accounting
What’s managed in Mynt?
Mynt serves as the financial core of the setup. Within Mynt, you manage:
- Account setup: complete KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure
- Card administration: Ordering, activating, and blocking cards
- Finances: Applying for credit, topping up the account, and setting individual spending limits.
- Documentation: Accountants can retrieve balance confirmations or account statements when needed
