Can I withdraw cash from ATMs?
Yes, cash withdrawals are available but must be activated manually. Any of the Card Managers or Legal Representative of the should contact Mynt support directly at [email protected] to request the feature be turned on.
Withdrawal Limits and Fees
Once activated, the following rules apply:
- Limits: You can withdraw up to €500 per day (max 5 times) and up to €2,000 per week (max 10 times). There is a monthly limit of 25 withdrawals.
- Fees: Each withdrawal costs €4.
- Foreign currency: If you withdraw cash in a different currency, an additional 1.95% conversion fee applies.
