User roles for CostPocket Company Cards
User roles relevant for the Cards service in CostPocket and corresponding roles in Mynt:
- Legal Representative (Admin in Mynt): The person legally authorized to sign for the company. Only a legal representative can activate the card service by completing the KYC process. Has full rights to manage cards as a Cards Manager.
- Card Manager (Admin in Mynt): Legal representative can assign this role to any CostPocket users. This role gives rights to manage all cards within the company account, including viewing the transactions, setting limits, ordering cards for new users, as well as applying for credit.
- Submitter (User in Mynt): can review transactions in CostPocket or Mynt, as well as freeze their cards in Mynt.
