How to cancel the CostPocket Company Cards service?
If you tried CostPocket Company Cards and decided they aren't the right fit, you can cancel at any time. Depending on your needs, you have two options:
Option 1: Stop using Cards, but keep CostPocket
- Terminate Cards: Log into CostPocket or Mynt and terminate all active physical and virtual cards.
- Withdraw Balance: Contact Mynt support team to transfer any remaining funds from your account. Learn more.
- No Action Needed in CostPocket: Your CostPocket account will remain active, and you can continue digitizing other documents as usual.
Option 2: Full Cancellation (Cards and CostPocket service)
If you wish to close your entire account and stop using all CostPocket services:
- Clear Mynt Account: Follow the steps above to terminate cards and withdraw your balance.
