Detectable data fields

At the moment CostPocket robot digitises the following fields from receipts:
• Supplier
• Supplier registration code
• Document number
• Document issue date
• Currency
• VAT rate
• VAT sum
• Net amount
• Total
• Last 4 digits of the payment card

Additional fields extracted from invoices are:
• Document due date
• Order ID
• IBAN (International Bank Account Number)
• Payment reference number

On top, CostPocket human verified digitisation service can also extract invoice line data if  enabled in Settings > Other services:
• Invoice item line descriptions
• Order number
• Quantity
• Unit price
• Invoice line VAT rate, net amount and total.
