Precision
Short answer: CostPocket robot digitisation precision was 96.2% in May 2025 overall and 97.7% for Estonia.
The statistics are often decreased when users submit documents that actually are not expense documents. With correct usage, the percentage is higher.

CostPocket digitisation precision is tested weekly by comparing results of robot digitisation vs. human verified. Each detected mistake helps the robot to improve its algorithms for the next week.
While we work with documents from 70+ countries, note that digitisation precision is significantly higher with documents from Middle and East Europe where the majority of our customers are currently based.
