CostPocket environment security

At CostPocket we commit to keeping customer data safe and confidential. Therefore we follow the best data security practices:

1. All data exchanges (including passwords) with CostPocket app, cloud or web services are encrypted through HTTPS.
2. When it comes to archiving customer data, all servers are located in the European Union and we strictly adhere to GDPR requirements.
3. Token-based authentication for other applications to get access to data.
4. The Access Control List (ACL) system is implemented to ensure only administrators of company accounts can oversee all the submitted documents. Regular users can view only their own documents.
