Card Activation and Purchases

Once the card is issued, it is already active and you can start using it right away.

The Virtual card has no PIN code. You use the card information numbers to make a purchase with the virtual card. Find card info in Mynt app >  Cards > Card details. Please note, that Smart ID can be requested for verification of purchase.

Even before you receive the physical card, you can use it for online purchases. Find the details and PIN in Mynt app > Cards > Card details and use the card like you would use your regular credit card.

After you receive the physical card, for your first in-store transaction, please insert the card into the payment terminal and enter your PIN. After that, you can choose between tapping or inserting/swiping the card as usual.

The physical card supports contactless payments for up to €50. For amounts over €50 or security checks, insert the card and enter your PIN

After each purchase, you will get a notification on your phone from CostPocket, asking you to provide the expense document.

You can manage notifications in phone Settings > Apps > CostPocket > Notifications > Allow notifications.
