Digitising expenses with CostPocket is straightforward. App allows you to either take a picture of the document or upload it from the gallery. Cloud environment allows you to upload multiple documents at once. No more carrying paper receipts with you!
1. In CostPocket app, take the picture of an expense document (or upload it from the gallery).
2. Provide the requested details (reimbursement, expense type, comment).
3. Confirm the digitised data and submit.
1. In Cloud, click the blue document icon in the bottom-right corner.
2. Upload your documents by either dragging and dropping them or selecting files manually.
3. When ready, click “Submit” to send the documents to accounting, or “Review documents” if you’d like to confirm the details first.
That’s it! You can now throw the paper receipt away and carry on with your day!
